It might seem like a long way away, but Canadian Music Week is already in the planning stages and they are currently looking for Canadian bands who are interested in playing the one of a kind one week showcase for some of the industry’s biggest fans…and players.
Every year, over 3000 industry insiders – from A&R reps and music publishers to booking agents, promoters, festival directors and talent buyers from all around the world, gather in Toronto and look for the next big thing. On top of that, more than 75,000 music fans help to make it an unforgettable week.If you’re a Canadian band looking for your break, CMW is usually where it’ll happen. So, if you want to apply, now’s your chance! Applications for Canadian Music Fest 2013 showcase slots are now being accepted, with the final deadline for submissions on October 27th.
This year’s Canadian Music Week takes place from March 19-24, 2013. More than 900 artists will pack over 60 venues to mark another installment of Canada’s largest new music festival
Even if you don’t make the final cut, there’s still reason enough to enter your music, All entrants will receive a COMPLIMENTARY PASS to attend Canadian Music Week’s Music Summit 2013. So taking a few minutes to submit the application is really win/win.
