What? Is it really almost Christmas? How did that happen! Wasn’t Labour Day just last weekend?
If you’re like me, the Christmas season has definitely snuck up like no other year. I’m not sure why, but I suspect my phone has something to do with it. I think I  (and you!) spend way too much time Tweeting, Facebooking and even Snapchatting, that the time for merriment is passing us by and we don’t even realize it!
So I’ve teamed up with TELUS and we’re going into #HolidayMode! We’re encouraging everyone to put their phones down and get into the holiday spirit by spending quality fact time with those you love most this Christmas
One of the best ways to do so is by checking out Christmas lights. Some neighbourhoods go all out, but there are three really great places in Calgary that offer up free displays so bright, you’ll forget all about the glow of your cell phone!

This holiday season TELUS is asking Canadians to enter Holiday Mode; a seasonal practice to unplug and embrace the face-to-face moments with those who mean the most – their family and friends.
