One of my favourite shows of 2013 just happens to be from right here in Canada.  For weeks now, I’ve telling you that City’s Seed is one of the funniest shows on TV and now, you have even more reason to watch!

City‘s launched a new contest that you could see winning a trip to L.A! The show has launched, what I have to assume is the easiest contest of all time!  To show your love towards all things Seed, when you visit their website, you’ll be prompted to “Tell Your Friends About The Show.” All you have to do is Tweet or post on Facebook that you’re going to be watching Seed and that your friends should too! That’s seriously the whole contest!

So why should you and your friends be watching Seed?  It’s a great homegrown comedy that is as sincere as it is sweet. It’s like a mix between Modern Family and Friends, that follows the interesting adventure of a sperm donor who realizes years later that his offspring all belong to the same social circle.  A few weeks ago, when I interviewed Adam Korson, who plays the aforementioned sperm donor, I just had a sense that his charming sense of humour would make this show a hit and so far, I’ve been right!

Seed’s next new episode is this Monday at 8:30pm, so the timing couldn’t be more perfect to tell your friends to start watching…and of course, maybe win a trip to L.A!

Oh and if you’d like to view last week’s episode, it is available here:
