For as long as CBC’s Dragon’s Den has been on the air, I’ve loved it. While initially dismissed by many as simply an American Idol for entrepreneurs, for those millions of fans like myself who have stuck around, it’s turned into best and most addictive reality show on either side of the border.

While watching last week’s episode that featured a company called 3twenty Solutions, I realized that this would be the perfect segment to introduce Canadians who have so far resisted the highly rated show.

The seven minute pitch features brought out the best and worst of the Dragon’s and it was amazing to watch five of Canada’s most successful entrepreneurs battle (and squabble) over a strong company with impressively prepared owners.

Watch the clip below and you’ll see exactly why I love Dragon’s Den.

Dragon’s Den airs tonight on CBC.
