The Conservative convention started in Calgary on Friday and with all the things happening in the government, you think Stephen Harper wouldn’t be in a celebratory mood, but the PM’s stoic mood proved no match to Cowboys, Calgary’s most famous bar that has taken down everyone from actual cowboys to real life princes.
