Earlier this week Calgary made national headlines by electing Naheed Nenshi as their new mayor. I was lucky enough to be apart of the Shaw TV election night coverage and let me tell you that it was an amazing night to be a part of television.

The entire evening was hosted by the stunning Erin Strate and throughout the show I acted as the social media expert and took it upon myself to make the typical “election show” a little more exciting.

In case you missed it, here are two clips from Monday night’s election special.

The first clip features a little drinking game some Calgarians were playing on Twitter while watching our show! Was it professional? Probably not. Was it tons of fun to play? 100%.

The second clip aired a little bit later in the night. When it became clear that Nenshi was going to win the Mayoral seat, I took it upon myself to help runners-up Barb Higgins and Ric McIver look for jobs.

The solutions likewise acted like a good way to fully grasp most people have the same desire much like my very own to learn many more with regards to this matter. 3. I know this if off topic but I’m looking into starting my own weblog and was wondering what all is required to get set up? I’m assuming having a blog like yours would cost a pretty penny? I’m not very internet smart so I’m not 100 positive. Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated. Kudos
