>On last year’s So You Think You Can Dance (i hate typing that all the time), there was a very nice girl named Claire who made it to the Las Vegas round. Unfortunately she ended bruising her foot was unable to continue on in the competition. Executive Producer and Judge Nigel promised her a spot to where she had already made it in this year competition. I remember scoffing at this and thinking there is no way they are going to honor this promise.
Since the show came back a couple of weeks ago I had been looking for signs of Claire. When the show went to Las Vegas I thought there would for sure be mention of her somewhere, but there was nothing and after the Top 20 was announced last night I had finally lost hope on good ol‘ Claire. But then today I was doing a little reading over my lunch break and found that Claire was indeed invited back but chose to have a baby instead! Hmmm let’s see Claire you have the choice between becoming a world famous dancer or pumping out another fetus for Angelina to adopt……..hmmmmm I wonder which one I would choose. (Not that I biologically have the choice) Oh and let’s not forget that she is only 19! Classy.
Oh well, my faith in the show has solidified knowing that this show seems to be the most honest and brutally challenging shows on TV right now. It’s right up there with trying to sit through an episode of Maui Fever.

Side note: So last years winner, Benji’s sister is in the top 20. And last years runner up Travis’ brother is in there too. Wouldn’t it be weird if they both made it to the finales? I think its odd how incestuous this show is. Remember when Travis had to do that sexy dance with his cousin last year? Weird.
