Wow!  The Canadian Olympic Committee just released a powerful video with athletes sharing their own emotional stories for a Public Service Announcement exploring and promoting LGBTQ inclusion in sport.
While this video might not seem like a big deal to some, it’s easy to forget that this video wouldn’t have been made two years ago. Â There are thousands of people who are afraid to come out because of their love of sports and what it might mean for their career. This video will hopefully be a game changer. (See what I did there?)
People talking about issues like this will make it easier for everyone to feel included and safe! Â Congrats to all those involved in this project!
