Why does this keep happening to Calgary?
First we had Bush visit and now Sarah Palin. What did we do to deserve this? Oh wait, this city is run by super crazy/scary conservatives, that’s what we did. I keep forgetting that.
Anyway, someone is paying Sarah something to make an appearance in our city on March 6th.
She’ll be appearing at the BMO centre for 90 minutes, making a speech and then answering questions. The thing that is different with Sarah’s appearance, is that the public will be able to attend, with tickets ranging from $149 to $199.
I’d love to know how many people will actually get to answer questions and how many people are actually just ‘plants’ in the audience.
Will you cough up the dough to see Sarah speak?
