Remember Danger Bay?
Man, that show was the best.
Anyway, earlier this week, an Ottawa river surfer’s day basically became the plot of a Danger Bay episode when he ventured into the cold Ontario waters to rescue…wait for it…a squirrel.
And because it’s a story we all deserve to see and celebrate, consider it luck that the surfer happened to be wearing a GoPro camera! Watch as surfer Thomas Paterson reaches the squirrel, only to have the squirrel decide he can make it on his own, jump into the water and then be washed downstream. Luckily, Paterson didn’t give up there, eventually reaching who was now trapped in a whole under water.
