On Friday I had to make a tough decision and I’m still not sure I made the right one.
Friday night was the night of the Jason Mraz concert. Of course, we all know how that turned out. But just across the street was another great musician that I wish I had the chance to see.
His name is Jason Bajada and since discovering him a couple of weeks ago, he hasn’t left my car’s CD player. Based in Montreal, Bajada is another Canadian artist that I’m surprised isn’t bigger. By all rights, someone as talented as him, should be a household name.
But things are looking up for Bajada. In the next couple of weeks, Bajada will have shows in Vancouver, Victoria, Edmonton, Saskatoon, Quebec City and Halifax.
So, I think….correction, I know I owe Jason an apology. I’m sorry for missing what I hear was an amazing show. Please come back soon!
