>When thousands of movie-lovers head to Sundance next week, I can sleep so much better at night knowing they’ll have the opportunity to enjoy five different Canadian movies.

From the trailers I’ve seen, I think I’m going to love Tucker & Dale vs Evil the most. Not only was it filmed in Alberta, the movie looks funny, original and yes, a little scary.
Tucker and Dale vs. Evil is a backwoods comedy of horrific errors in which two unsuspecting buddies, Tucker (Alan Tudyk) and Dale (Tyler Labine), fall victim to the crazed machinations of a group of spring breakers who have mistaken them for backwoods killers.

In case you are wondering, the other four movies are Splice (Sarah Polley, Adrien Brody), 7 Days (Hervé Mercure), Grown Up Movie Star (Tatiana Maslany) and the documentary Last Train Home.

Make sure you click on the movies to watch the trailers!
