>I’ve previously talked about my bad taste in music. I’m almost proud of it, but I thought for an easy entry today, I would talk about my Top 5 most played songs on my ITunes/Ipod. I love how it shows how many times you’ve listened to the song. Enjoy!

5. Eva Avila (Meant to Fly) 20 times
I’m not proud of this one, nor should I be. Seriously how did she get this high on my list. I love me a good reality show, but really Eva? Canadian Idol winner be damned. Oh well I guess I’m just a sucker for an inspiring story and an equally inspiring song. My goal for the new year is to get this song off my Top 25.

4.Snow Patrol(Chasing Cars) 21 times
I think this is the remnants of my only Greys’ Anatomy all the time stage. I was obsessed with this song. I was so excited to hear that they were coming to Calgary, but the show sold out faster then I could blink, so unfortunatly there will be no snow patrol concert for me, but if you haven’t listened to their CDs they really are amazing. Further down the top 25 list you’ll find, Chocolate, You could be Happy and Headlights on the Dark Roads.

3.John Mayer (Waiting on the world to Change) 25 times
Ever since Nathan and Tony introduced me to John Mayer during my Keystone Kelly days, I’ve always loved his music. I’ll forgive him for this whole Jessica Simpson business, but only because this whole CD rocks. I like to listen to this song when I’m walking to work. Some times I feel beyond guilty for working in the industry I do, so I feel that everytime I listen to this song, John Mayer forgives me just a little bit more. This CD also must be on your Christmas wish list! Also further down the list you’ll basically the rest of this amazing album! Coming in a close #6 is Dreaming with a Broken Heart.

2. The Fray (Look after you) 27 times
Weird michael story coming up: So I’ve always loved writing, that’s no secret. But when I listen to music I always try to come up with scenes of a tv show or movie where that song would fit in perfectly. Think: Grey’s Anatomy finale or any JJ Abrams show. I remember once playing this game with my friend Jessica in her truck. She would play a song, and by the end of the song I’d have to come up with a full story long that could be related to that song! I loved it, mostly because for once I didn’t have to play the game by myself. This song is a perfect example. And I would just like to state that I loved way before it was played on Laguna Beach. This song is perfection. I could listen to it non-stop (apparantly I already do!). You’ll also find The Fray at the #7, #8, #9, #10 and #11 positions.

and finally…………

1.Chantal Kreviazuk (Waiting for the Sun to shine) 29 times.
As most of you know, this hasn’t been the easiest year for me, but I’ve prevailed and this is what this song is all about. Breaking through the clouds and waiting for the sun. (single tear). I’m also having a secret love affair with Chantal. If you could not tell her it would be much appreciated. This is the only Chantal entry in the top 25, but its only cause the Fray and Snow Patrol are so kick ass. (Damn you Eva Avila)

  2. Hello! I just wanted to ask if you ever have any problems with hackers? My last blog (wordpress) was hacked and I ended up losing a few months of hard work due to no back up. Do you have any methods to prevent hackers?

  3. Hiya, I’m really glad I’ve found this information. Today bloggers publish only about gossips and net and this is really annoying. A good web site with exciting content, that is what I need. Thank you for keeping this site, I’ll be visiting it. Do you do newsletters? Can’t find it.
