Does your city have food trucks? There seems to be about eight different tv shows about food trucks and in all honesty, I had no idea what there were until Calgary got about five or six trucks last week. Since then, I’ve become addicted. I hunt them down relentlessly, stand in line for hours and then spend days trying to convince my friends to come with me.
So for this week’s Metro, I knew my mission was clear: Write about the Food Trucks. I don’t really know anything about the bible, but this Metro column felt like it was biblical entry. Thousands of years from now, people will ask about Food Trucks and will refer to this column.
