Out of all the judging panels, out of all the shows, this one just might be my favourite.
Canada’s Got Talent has just announced that Martin Short is going to be a judge for the show! Seriously, how freakin’ awesome is that!!! I thought for sure it would be someone like Russell Peters, but Martin Short? Martin Short?! Awesome.
I remember watching Short host the CBC’s 75th anniversary retrospective a couple of weeks ago, and I was reminded at just how funny he is. Plus, he’s obviously a really hard worker, so you know he isn’t going to be the Paula Abdul of the panel. This is really amazing news.
The other two judges and host haven’t been announced yet, but it should only be a matter of days, since the show starts taping again on Tuesday in Calgary.
