Churchill, Manitoba is used to having lots of polar bears come to down but for the past few days, they’ve also welcomed an old, rich cougar. Martha Stewart has been in town filming an episode of her talk show and apparently having a great time. Which is surprising because…well, it’s Churchill, Manitoba.
While in town she’s gotten to take some amazing pictures of polar bear rescues and posting them right to Twitter. Can you believe a city actually has a Polar Bear Holding Facility? How cool is that! Some of the pictures are truely remarkable. I’m not sure when the episode of Martha Stewart will be airing but if I hear anything, I’ll let you know.

Just thought you might want to know that the Martha show is no longer on tv in Canada. She moved to the Hallmark Channel (wth!?) and we don’t get that here. So, many Canadian Martha fans are pissed and, as one of them, I think it’s total crap that she’s filming up here.
