If you’re like me, you’re likely experiencing a bit of superhero fatigue. Plus I’m still hurt that I’m apparantly the only person that liked last year’s Fantastic Four.
Well Marvel is adding yet another superhero to it’s roster, but this one might be a little more familiar to you…because it’s Justin Trudeau.
That’s right, Justin Trudeau will be gracing the cover of  issue No. 5 of Marvel’s “Civil War II: Choosing Sides.”
I’m not much of a comic book fan, I mean besides Archie and Cathy, but I gotta say this is pretty fun, although I think comic book die-hards will be annoyed that a politician will be stepping into their universe.
Surprisingly, this isn’t the first time a Trudeau has graced the pages of a Marvel comic book. Back in the 70’s, Pierre Elliot Trudeau cameoed when the X-MEN came to Canada for an edition called Chaos in Canada.
Doing some research, I actually found an old photo of when the XMEN came to the Calgary Stampede! Â Now that would have been worth the price of admission!

And actually, Spiderman has come to Calgary too!

Wait! So has Archie?!

Justin Trudeau’s marvel comic hits stands on August 31st. Think you’ll pick it up!
