So here we are, only a few hours before the polls open in Canada and John Oliver, along with Mike Myers have weighed in with how they think you should vote. They also weighed in with a moose getting a colonoscopy, but that’s another story for another day.

The clip was featured tonight during Last Week Tonight and, as always, it’s truly fantastic. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, John Oliver is alone with the cost of HBO.

The segment was inspired by a silly Canadian law. During the show, Oliver explained: “Amazingly enough, it’s against Canadian law for outsiders to tell you how to vote in the Canadian elections. Section 331 of the Canada Elections Act states, “No person who does not reside in Canada shall… induce electors to… vote for or refrain from voting for a particular candidate.”

Watch the video and get out and vote! I promise it’ll only take a few minutes and your impact will definitely be felt this time!
