The worst has happened.
The time has finally come for my wisdom teeth to be taken out.
The big day will be this Friday and I’m absolutely terrified. I have the pain threshold of a ladybug. And I mean that literally. I spent most of Tuesday night reading every possible news article there is about wisdom teeth. I’m pretty sure I could perform the surgery myself. I already have sweaty palms thinking about the dentist ripping out my teeth. Luckily for me, my teeth have grown into my jaw bone, so he gets to open up a bone too! How great will that be?
The only benefit of this horrible ordeal will be catching up on DVDs. I’m already planning on watching Zomebieland, Whip It, a couple of CBC screeners, the 20th season of the Simpsons, the final season of Ally McBeal and the first season on True Blood. That show should be tons of fun when I’m high on Tylenol 3.
I’m looking for pearls of wisdom. Tips? Advise? Oddly enough I want to hear the horror stories too. I need to know what I’m getting myself into. How bad is this going to be? Be honest, be brutal. Which reminds me, I’m going to watch Post-Grad too.
