I remember the first time I was introduced to Heath Ledger. Not in person, but on the big screen. It was 10 Things I Hate About You. And a couple of months later, when the cool kids actually wanted to come to my house, I decided to watch it again with them. Because they were cool and I wasn’t.
I don’t think I saw another Heath movie until Brokeback Mountain. Unfortunately, because that movie was filmed in the Calgary area I will now have to listen to every Calgarian talk about how their cousins mom’s sisters dog sitter once stood behind someone at Safeway that worked on the set of Brokeback Mountain.
Rest in peace Heath Ledger. I’ll take care of Michelle for you. Of course, by take care I mean I will buy DVDs that she is in, in hopes of her getting residuals.
