Am I the only one that has a hard time shopping for the book-lover in my life?  Every time I think I’ve found the perfect book, Oprah ends up doing a whole show on it and then you just seem like a sheep.  As always, Oprah is to blame for most of my problems.  But I think I might have finally have found a solution…

If have a book lover on your list, you’re going to be happy to know that today’s prize is a HarperCollins Canada prize pack!  Included are three of my favourite books of the year!   The Happiness Project, Shit My Dad Says and 100 Photos That Changed Canada. Okay, so the last one is a photo book but still, the photos are b.e.a.u.t.i.f.u.l.

But don’t take my word on how awesome these books are, you should definitely check them out yourself before entering. Harper Collins has a great ‘Browse Inside’ feature and you can actually read the first fifty pages of both Shit My Dad Says and The Happiness Project!  I’ve also done a review on The Happiness Project, click here to read it!  Oh and if you do have some book lovers on your, make sure you send them over to The Savvy Reader.  Is it weird to give them a domain name for Christmas?  Probably,  but trust me, they’ll love it.
