So I’ve been doing the Fitin15 challenge for the past couple of days and things should be wrapping up around Wednesday.  The laptop welts are slowly disappearing from my legs.  My complexion is making me look less and less like Powder and I’m actually getting 
excited to come up with new ways to be fit.
What’s been surprising is how easy it is to fit in 15 minutes of exercise into your life.  Take the stairs instead of the elevator.  Walk to the grocery store or Starbucks. Walk (stumble) home from the bar instead of taking a taxi.
Of course all of this is complicated by the fact that I have an aircast on. So when I say 15 minutes, I really mean 2 hours.  But still.  Good exercise.

I have also tried to eliminate pop from my diet this week.  You know, to be extra healthy.  I was trying water but I get bored it so easily.  So I’ve started drinking more and mor
e of that FUZE drink that I talked about a couple of weeks ago. It is really growing on me, even if I can’t mix it with vodka.  Have you tried it yet?  I think my favorite is the Stawberry Melon, but I drink like four bottles a day, so it changes often!
