It’s a been a busy summer across Canada full of awesome festivals and most importantly BEER GARDENS. But now school is back in session, which means lots and lots of tours from some of your favourite musicians.
I’m only one blogger, with only two hands, so I can’t possibly keep up with every single tour across the country, but here are three that I’m excited about!
Jill Barber.
Shocking, right? Besides everyone in the entire world, who could anticipate that I’m excited for a Jill Barber tour. I’m fairly certain she is going to soon invoke the “Dan Mangan Rule” which forces me to sit at least ten rows back, in order for her not to be scared and distracted by lingering smile. It’s rarely used, but it is never forgotten. Visiting more than 35 cities, fans of Jill will be able to see her performing the new songs off of her latest album Misheivious Moon, which just spent 11 weeks on top of the charts!
Her tour kicks off in Port Moody on September 24th and wraps up on December 4th in Maple Ridge, QC.
Royal Wood/Sarah Slean
Okay, technically this is two different tours, but they are easily Canada’s hottest couple, so I’m grouping them together, because it’s fun to imagine….uh…anyway. Both Slean and Wood are releasing new albums this fall, and are touring the country in support of them, in Sarah’s case, it is a double album, so fans can expect a really great concert!
Royal’s tour starts later this week on Sept 16 in St. Catharines and will wrap up on Oct 28th in Peterborough, ON .
Sarah Slean’s tour will start in Toronto on November 1st and will go until December 8th, where it will close in Montreal.
For more information on their respective tours, visit Royal Wood’s website and Sarah Slean‘s
Major thankies for the post.Much thanks again. Really Great.
My brother recommended I may like this blog. He used to be entirely right. This submit actually made my day. You can not consider just how a lot time I had spent for this information! Thank you!
magnificent put up, very informative. I ponder why the opposite experts of this sector don’t realize this. You must continue your writing. I am confident, you’ve a great readers’ base already!
