Calgary is obviously known for the Calgary Stampede, which is all fine and dandy. The Stampede is GREAT. But in the past few years, I’ve noticed that Calgary is just as busy throughout the rest year and I couldn’t help but notice that this has all culminated in this upcoming last weekend in September.

I don’t think I’ve seen such a busy weekend and I couldn’t be more excited.I took some time today to compile a list of all the things that I could find that were happening all in the span on three days, just so you can see how busy it is. I did this for two reasons.

1) So Calgarians can try to come up with some sort of a plan to make sure they see as much as they can.
2) To show the rest of the country, that we aren’t just cowboys and mini-donuts. We have so much going on here, I think anyone would be surprised and amazed at all the great things this city has going on. It really is remarkable.

So here is the list! I’m sure there will be more things added to it, so if I missed anything, let me know!
