Halloween means lots of things for lots of different people. It can be scary, fun, spooky and yes, even a little sexy. This year, one of Calgary’s biggest Halloween parties aims to be all of that, plus a little charitable too.
Fright Fest is a swanky new Halloween party directed by Calgary artists and is replacing both Calgary Opera’s Grave Gala and Green Fools’ Halloween Howler, which were canceled this year. This spooky event will raise funds for both groups as well as the Old Trout Puppet Workshop and the Alberta Arts Flood Rebuild Fund. All of these organizations were heavily impacted by the Calgary flood, so the real treat this year is knowing that you’re helping some fantastic local organizations, all while partying up at Hotel Arts for one of the spookiest parties around!
Tickets are $100 each and are on sale now…but I’ve also got a pair to giveaway!
