You wouldn’t be the only one. But Postmedia Network is actually the brand new name for what was formally known as the Canwest Newspaper Group.
It is okay if you don’t know what that is either! That is what Canadian bloggers are for!
The company is actually one of the biggest in Canada and is behind some our country’s biggest daily newspapers like the National Post, the Montreal Gazette, Ottawa Citizen, Windsor Star, Regina Leader-Post, Saskatoon StarPhoenix, Calgary Herald, Edmonton Journal, Vancouver Sun and Vancouver Province, and Victoria Times Colonist.
Postmedia Network will also be responsible for online websites like canada.com, driving.ca, working.com, Dose.ca and FPinfomart.ca.
The new company is actually the result of Canwest financial trouble, so…..blah, blah, blah, money, money, money, blah, blah and blah.
