For the past couple of weeks now, CBC Radio 3 has been asking their listeners to vote on the best musical festival in Canada.
Yesterday, R3’s Grant Lawrence finally made the big announcement that the Evolve festival in Antigonish, Nova Scotia has taken the top honors!
I definitely didn’t see that one coming. I don’t know anything about this festival, but it’s location alone sounds awesome. According to it’s website, the music-fest takes place on 225-acres that overlooks the Atlantic coastline! Um..YES PLEASE!
No bands have been announced for this year’s festival, but it will be taking place on July 23th, 24th and 25th. Anyone want to share a tent?
