The Globe and Mail has an article up today that talks about four ways to get over Blue Monday. Oddly, my recommendation of pushing a child into a snowbank, is not listed. I wish I had known that five minutes ago.
According to the Globe and Mail, you should not have a fast-food breakfast, get the sun shining around you, laugh by having a YouTube marathon and workout. Not having fast-food and working out? That makes me more depressed.
I’ll agree with the Youtube marathon. Here are a few of my favourites.
