Updated: I’ve just updated this post to include the released video of Simon Beck creating these amazing pieces. Â What’s even more incredible, he made these “sculptures” using nothing but his snowshoes and a compass!
I’ve never seen anything like this!
This morning at Lake Louise Ski Resort World renowned snow artist Simon Beck stamped out a Howling Wolf with his snowshoes.
Excuse me? How is this not the coolest thing you’ve ever seen!
It is available for the public to view (as long as Mother Nature allows) and the best view points are from the top of the Poma Lift or from the Saddle Back run (green slope) where it meets Rodney’s Ridge. I’m going to be heading out this weekend to see it, I hope it’s still there.
Check out this video to see how he did it!
The artist also did something similar at Sunshine Village.
