You know what I love almost more than Christmas?
The Muppets.
I don’t know what it is about those strange looking socks with eyes glued on them, but I freaking love them. So much so, that the other day I scoured the city looking for a DVD copy of A Muppets Christmas Carol. I finally found one but decided that $18 was too much to spend on a movie I would only watch twice a year: christmas and my birthday.
I am obviously regretting that decision.
Luckily, NBC is airing an all new Christmas Muppet movie called: A Muppet’s Christmas: Letters to Santa. It seems like those muppet misdirect three letters for Santa and then to decide to visit the North Pole themelves and deliver them!
Sure it seems lame, but that doesn’t mean I’m not going to TIVO it and watch it three times before the 25th of December.
The special airs Wednesday night and features guests stars like Whoopi Goldberg, Jane Krakowski, Nathan Lane, Jesse L. Martin, Petra Nemcova and Uma Thurman.
