So today Global TV announced their newest American game show import. After a successful run with Deal or No Deal auditions will soon be held for 5 Canadian episodes of “Are you Smarter than a 5th Grader?”
It’s no secret that I hate this show. I think it’s ridiculous and it has always bothered me how insanely popular this show is.
But will that stop me from auditioning to a contestant? Absolutley not. But the great news is that not only are they looking for contestants, they are looking for the children and…THE HOST!
I know what you are thinking. Aren’t you sick of getting rejected from reality shows? I mean seriously Michael you have been rejected Deal or No Deal, No Opportunity Wasted and The Next Comedy Legend. Isn’t it exhausting never getting through these shows? The short answer? No. I love it. I will be on a reality show. I have no doubt about it and although I’m waiting for Canadian Amazing Race, Are you Smarter than a 5th Grader will be a good starter.

Oh and no, I won’t be trying out to be one of the kids smartasses.
