Do you know what I hate doing? Exercise. It’s something that I’ve never really understood, but I get why it’s important. I mean, the Gap sizes only go up so big, right? This week’s Metro column is about my effort to get in more shape. I’m not particularly overweight or anything like that, but I should and could always be healthier.
One of my biggest inspirations to get healthier has been Toronto’s Mayor, Rob Ford. Yes, the man seems to be one of the worst politicians in Canadian history, but he’s also choosing to battle his weight and is hoping that other join him.
