Vote for my granny! October 30th, 2011
It’s not every day that you ask your blog readers to vote for your 89-year-old grandmother in a comedian competition, but today is that day. Actually, today is the second day that I told you about it, but I figured we could all do with a reminder, right?
The Winnipeg Gone Wacky competition closes on November 6th, which means you only have a few more days to vote for my granny, who is trying to make her dream of being a stand up comedian come true. Seriously, I couldn’t make this stuff up. Her name is Jean Morrison, and I happen to think she’s hilarious, I’ll let you watch the video, but I think you’ll agree.
Admittedly, it’s sorta annoying that you have to register to vote, but come on, it’s my granny! How can you not want to take a few minutes to vote for her!
Good lucky Granny! You’re the best!

Your granny is pretty awesome.
